In vitro, Tpl2 Kinase Inhibitor 1 inhibits LPS-induced TNF-alpha release from human primary monocytes (IC50 = 0.7 µM). Tpl2 Kinase Inhibitor 1 can be used in research on inflammatory responses and certain cancers.
