Supplier Catalog Number: F54167-0.05ML
Alternative Catalog Number: NSJ-F54167-0.05ML
Manufacturer: NSJ Bioreagents
Host: Rabbit
Category: Antikörper
Application: WB
Species Reactivity: Human
Immunogen: A portion of amino acids 60-94 from human Factor XIIIa was used as the immunogen for the Factor XIIIa antibody.
Factor XIII is activated by thrombin and calcium ion to a transglutaminase that catalyzes the formation of gamma-glutamyl- epsilon-lysine cross-links between fibrin chains, thus stabilizing the fibrin clot. Also cross-link alpha-2-plasmin inhibitor, or fibronectin, to the alpha chains of fibrin.
Clonality: Polyclonal
UniProt: P00488
Purity: Antigen affinity
Form: In 1X PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.09% sodium azide
Antibody Type: Primary Antibody
Application Dilute: Western blot: 1:1000-1:2000
Application Notes: The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Factor XIIIa antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
