Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Radioimmunoassay. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1:50-1:300. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin embedded tissue (Bouin fixation): 1:50-1:300 (requires pretreatment with trypsin or pronase). Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
