Supplier Catalog Number: I7661-36D-PE
Alternative Catalog Number: USB-I7661-36D-PE-100
Manufacturer: US Biological
Host: Rat
Category: Antikörper
Application: FC, IHC, IP
Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Western Blot since the epitope most likely involves both alpha 6 and beta 1 integrin subunit. Does not block alpha 6 integrin mediated cell adhesion to laminin. Activation of integrin signaling properties by MA6 has not been characterized. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Immunocytochemistry: Cell lines tested by using antibody to express alpha 6 integrins include: mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells, melanoma cell line B16F1, squamous carcinoma SCC-VII, fibroblast cell line NIH-3T3, splenic T lymphocytes, thymocytes and various T cell lines. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Cells lines that express Integrin alpha6: Mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells, melanoma cell line B16F1, ssquamous carcinoma SCC-VII, fibroblast cell line NIH-3T3, splenic T-lymphocytes, thymocytes and various T-cell lines. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
