Antigen for H1925-20 and H1925-21. HCV core antigen consisting of aa2-192 (22kD) with beta-galactosidase (114kD) fused at the N-terminus. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
