Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to SAA4, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~12.9kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
