MTCBP-1 is a new member of the Cupin superfamily with a role as an invasion suppressor down-regulated in tumors. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to MTCBP-1, fused to T7 tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~21.5kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
