Immunogen: Full length recombinant corresponding to aa1-354 from human GNAI1 (AAH26326) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
GNAI1, also known as guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(i) subunit alpha, functions to relay information from cell surface receptors to intracellular effectors. Also this protein functions to open atrial potassium channels. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
