Absorbance (491nm), Emission (515nm), Extinction Coefficient 73,000. AOC2 (Amine oxidase, copper containing 2) belongs to the copper/topaquinone oxidase family. It may be a critical modulator of signal transmission in retina, possibly by degrading the biogenic amines dopamine, histamine, and putrescine. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot.
