c-RGD-SH is a ligand for integrin alphavbeta3 (Integrin alphavbeta3). By conjugating c-RGD-SH with core-crosslinked polymeric micelles (CCPM), it is possible to synthesize bimodal nanoparticle probes. These probes, when labeled with Cy7 and 111In, can be employed for tumor imaging using SPECT and NIRF techniques.
