32-cGAMP (c[A(2,5)pG(3,5)p]) is an isomer of cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate (cGAMP). It selectively activates fruit fly STING (dSTING), initiating the dSTING-NF-kappaB signaling pathway, driving the expression of Sting-regulated genes, and conferring a potent antiviral state in vivo. Additionally, 32-cGAMP resists cleavage by viral poxin and is useful in viral infection research.
