Fusaproliferin is a diterpene mycotoxin identified in Fusarium solani. Fusaproliferin can reverse Lipopolysaccharides stimulation and the NF-kappaB and MAPKs signaling pathways, thus playing a role in anti-inflammatory processes. It has affinity for the TLR4 protein with a KD value of 28.6 µM. Fusaproliferin exhibits cytotoxicity against pancreatic cancer, showing rapid submicromolar IC50 effects.
