Tebuconazole-d4 is the deuterium-labeled form of Tebuconazole. Tebuconazole, an orally active triazole fungicide, inhibits CYP51, with IC50 values of 0.9 µM for Candida albicans CYP51 (CaCYP51) and 1.3 µM for the truncated human CYP51 (delta60HsCYP51). It induces lipid accumulation and oxidative stress in HepG2 cells, reduces viability and proliferation of MAC-T cells, triggers endoplasmic reticulum stress-mediated apoptosis, and increases oxidative stress in MAC-T cells.
