MEISi-1 is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting the homeodomain of MEIS1 protein. MEISi-1 can significantly inhibit the activity of luciferase reporter genes containing MEIS binding sites, and promote the self-renewal of key hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in both mice and humans in vitro and in vivo.
