5-(6)-Carboxy SNAFL-1 SE is an amine-reactive succinimidyl ester pH indicator. It readily conjugates with peptides, antibodies, and other amino-containing molecules, such as amino-modified oligonucleotides. This compound is used to measure pH changes within the range of 7-8 (Ex/Em = 490/513 nm).
