8-DY547-cGMP is a fluorescent cGMP analog, where the dye DY547 is attached at the 8th position of cGMP. It serves as a cyclic nucleotide-gated A2 (CNGA2) ligand and can activate CNGA2 channels. Additionally, 8-DY547-cGMP enables simultaneous detection of CNG channel activation and ligand binding.
