Antifungalagent 142 (Compound B1) is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent. It exhibits significant fungicidal activity against wheat take-all pathogen [Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici], gray mold pathogen [Botrytis cinerea], and apple canker pathogen [Valsa mali], with EC50 values of 0.486, 1.83, and 3.66 mg/L, respectively. This compound increases cell membrane permeability and disrupts membrane integrity, thereby hindering normal hyphal growth. Antifungalagent 142 can be utilized as an agricultural fungicide.
