alpha-Glucosidase-IN-105 is a selective and potent inhibitor of alpha-glucosidase with an IC50 of 31.36 µM. It also inhibits alpha-amylase (IC50: 104.2 µM). The inhibitory effects of alpha-Glucosidase-IN-105 are comparable to those of the standard drug Acarbose. This compound is useful in research related to type 2 diabetes.
