AChE-IN-102 (compound C8) is a potent, highly selective, and competitive inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), with a Ki value of 7.55 nM and an IC50 of 15.25 nM. It also shows selectivity for butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) with an IC50 of 21.15 nM and a Ki of 6.17 nM. AChE-IN-102 is applicable in Alzheimers disease research.
