| The X-Spinner 20 Trial Pack is an ultrafiltration device designed for the gentle concentration of protein and nucleic acid samples within a 5-20 mL volume range. It can be operated with or without a centrifuge. For centrifuge-free operation, the optional Pressure Cap is required- 1 Pressure Cap included in trial pack, enabling concentration by applying air pressure using the provided hand-operated syringe. The system allows up to 150-fold concentration while ensuring exceptional sample recovery due to its reverse-flow mechanism and ultra-low absorption membrane (3kDa, 10kDa, 30kDa & 100kDa). |
