Affinity chromatography using Ni-NTA resin binds to the poly-His tagged SUMO Protease, allowing your target protein to elute in a pure form. Protein Ark supplies Ni-NTA resin in various configurations to assist in this. Operation ratio is 1:50 - 1:100. Therefore 40µg of SUMO Protease is sufficient for 1-2mg of target protein. |
