The human WM-1 (Waldenstrom s macroglobulinemia) cell line was used as the immunogen for the CD70 antibody.
CD70 belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. It is a cytokine that binds to CD27. Plays a role in T-cell activation. Induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells and enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells.
0.2 mg/ml in 1X PBS with 0.1 mg/ml BSA (US sourced) and 0.05% sodium azide
