A portion of amino acids 307-333 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the ERLIN2 antibody.
Component of the ERLIN1/ERLIN2 complex which mediates the endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors (IP3Rs). Also involved in ITPR1 degradation by the ERAD pathway.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the ERLIN2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
