A portion of amino acids 1209-1239 from human SEC24B was used as the immunogen for the SEC24B antibody.
Protein transport protein Sec24B is a component of the COPII coat that covers ER-derived vesicles involved in transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. COPII acts in the cytoplasm to promote the transport of secretory, plasma membrane, and vacuolar proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi complex.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the SEC24B antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
