A portion of amino acids 19-53 from human Grancalcin was used as the immunogen for the Grancalcin antibody.
Grancalcin is a calcium-binding protein that may play a role in the adhesion of neutrophils to fibronectin. May play a role in the formation of focal adhesions.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Grancalcin antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
