A portion of amino acids 482-515 from human PSMD3 was used as the immunogen for the PSMD3 antibody.
PSMD3 or Proteasome 26S S3 acts as a regulatory subunit of the 26 proteasome which is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. [UniProt]
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the PSMD3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
