Application Notes:
BE2012 is an antagonist of REV-ERBalpha (EC50 = 285 nM) and REV-ERBß (EC50 = 346 nM). Highly selective with no activity against a panel of nine closely related nuclear receptors and other receptors. BE2012 induced myogenesis in a mouse model of acute muscle injury resulting in muscle regeneration and repair via induction of transcription factors Myf5 and Myod.
