The ERBB2 antibody is lyophilized in 0.05M phosphate buffer, 0.1M NaCl, pH 7.2. AZIDE FREE.
Application Notes:
Solubility: It is recommended to add deionized water and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Slight turbidity may occur after reconstitution, which doesnt affect the activity of the ERBB2 antibody. The solution can be clarified by centrifugation.
