This Multi-rAb antibody targets to Rabbit IgG (H+L) in ELISA and Western blot. It is higly specific to rabbit IgG and shows minimal reactivity for mouse, rat, human, pig, and bovine IgGs.
The antibody was purified from culture media supernatant by immunoaffinity chromatography using Protein G beads.

HEK-293 and HepG2 cell lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by western blot with rabbit anti-ZO-1 polyclonal antibody at dilution of 1:50000. Multi-rAb HRP-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (orb2302687), leading competitors non cross-adsorbed and cross-adsorbed secondary antibodies were all used at 0.05 µg/mL for detection.
Various lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by western blot with Beta tubulin rabbit recombinant antibody at dilution of 1:20000. Two batches of Multi-rAb HRP-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (orb2302687) were used at 1:20000 for detection.
Rabbit total IgG, Mouse total IgG, Rat total IgG, Pig total IgG, Human total IgG, Bovine total IgG were coated at 100 ng/well. 0.125 µg/mL Multi-rAb HRP-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (orb2302687) was used for detection. The result indicates that orb2302694 is highly specific for rabbit IgG and does not react with other species tested in the experiment.
