DG1 (Compound 8Nc) is a Thymidylate Synthase inhibitor that disrupts angiogenesis and metabolic reprogramming in NSCLC cells, suppressing CD26, ET-1, FGF-1, and EGF expression. It has demonstrated potent anti-proliferative efficacy in both in vitro studies and an A549 xenograft mouse model.
