The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the N-terminal region of PGD
Alternative Names:
6PGD
6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase is the second dehydrogenase in the pentose phosphate shunt. Deficiency of this enzyme is generally asymptomatic, and the inheritance of this disorder is autosomal dominant. Hemolysis results from combined deficiency of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconolactonase suggesting a synergism of the two enzymopathies.
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
PGD was immunoprecipitated from 2 mg HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate with ARP63051_P050 with 1:200 dilution. Western blot was performed using ARP63051_P050 at 1/1000 dilution. Lane 1: Control IP in HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane 2: PGD IP with ARP63051_P050 in HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane 3: Input of HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate.
