Cellectra(TM) Human CD4 NanoSort Microbeads are designed for the positive selection or negative selection of CD4+ T cells from fresh or frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). CD4 is an accessory molecule in the recognition of MHC class II/peptide complexes by the TCR heterodimers on CD4+ T helper cells. It is predominantly expressed on the surface of T helper cells. The magnetic nBeads are conjugated with monoclonal antibodies targeting human CD4 protein, enabling CD4+ cells to be labeled with the specific antibodies and magnetic particles, and separated using the separation columns and magnets.
