All the protein lysates were prepared from liquid nitrogen fresh frozen tissues. Total protein lysates were prepared by Total Protein Extraction Kit (Cat P9087). Quality Control: 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to GAPDH for total protein. Donor Information: 86 year old, human adult female, diseased artery Clinical Diagnosis: Hypertension Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
