Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Inhibition of attachment of HT29 cells to vitronectin: >1:1000 Immunocytochemistry (acetone fixed only): 1:1500 For use on human carcinomas, normal epithelium and keratinocytes. Immunohistochemistry: Acetone or paraformaldehyde fixed tissues. Not recommended for paraffin sections. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Control: Epithelium, keratinocytes Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
