Recombinant protein corresponding to Glu610-Leu800 from human Integrin alpha-8, expressed in E. coli.
Integrin alpha 8 is a 170-200kD member of the Integrin family of adhesion molecules. It forms an exclusive non-covalent heterodimer with Integrin B1. A8b1 promotes both cell adhesion and survival and is known to bind to fibronectin, the latency-associated peptide in latent TGF-b1, and nephronectin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
