Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:5-1:10 Dilute with PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Incubate for 30 min. at RT or overnight at 4C. Western Blot: Reactive with two major bands of 120 and 140kD under non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Epithelial tissues Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
