Recombinant protein fragment of mouse a5 integrin corresponding to aa655-880 of the human protein. This region of the molecule is localized extracellulary and is included in the heavy chain (120kD).
Applications: Suitable for use ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:5000, The antigen should be separated in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. Does not react with non-reduced sample. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 Immunofluorescence: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
