| Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry and Inhibition assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml Western Blot: 2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 2ug/ml with paraformaldehyde fixation. Immunoprecipitation: 1ug/ml Flow Cytometry: 2ug/ml Inhibition Assay: 1-5ug/ml. Using activated human lymphocyte binding to laminin, collagen IV and fibronectin. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
