Recombinant protein corresponding to aa6-100 from human probable lysosomal cobalamin transporter protein.
Probable lysosomal cobalamin transporter. Required to export cobalamin from lysosomes allowing its conversion to cofactors. Isoform 3 may play a role in the assembly of hepatitis delta virus (HDV). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
