MaxLight(TM)650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)647, DyLight(TM)649, Cy5(TM) and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm), Emission (676nm), Extinction Coefficient 250,000. P15RS is upregulated in cells overexpressing cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p15(INK4b) (CDKN2B, MIM 600431) and may have a role in cell cycle regulation. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
