Immunogen: Partial recombinant corresponding to aa126-235 from human OTUB2 (NP_075601) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
Hydrolase that can remove conjugated ubiquitin from proteins in vitro and may therefore play an important regulatory role at the level of protein turnover by preventing degradation. Mediates deubiquitination of both Lys-48- and Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains, with a preference for Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. AA Sequence: SASDHIVQFLRLLTSAFIRNRADFFRHFIDEEMDIKDFCTHEVEPMATECDHIQITALSQALSIALQVEYVDEMDTALNHHVFPEAATPSVYLLYKTSHYNILYAADKH Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
