Absorbance (550nm), Emission (575nm), Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Binds tightly to hydroxyapatite. Appears to form an integral part of the mineralized matrix. Probably important to cell-matrix interaction. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
