For the quantitative determination of mouse tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13C (TNFRSF13C) in serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. Sensitivity: 9.75pg/ml Detection Range: 39-2500pg/ml Precision: Intra-assay: CV%<8% Inter-assay: CV%<10% Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for TNFRSF13C has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any TNFRSF13C present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for TNFRSF13C is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of TNFRSF13C bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. Storage and Stability: Store all kit components at 4C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. Once opened, the kit is stable for 1 month providing this is within the expiration date of the kit. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
