LLVK TFA is a selective inhibitor of IkappaB phosphorylation. It reduces the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1beta, IL-6, TNF-alpha) induced by LPS. LLVK TFA shows potential for research in inflammatory bowel disease and rheumatoid arthritis.
