Ac-RYQK(Ac)-AMC (Compound S5) is a fluorescent substrate based on the H3 sequence used for studying SITR6. It mimics the deacetylation site of H3K56, significantly enhancing deacetylation signals while exhibiting an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. This compound is applicable in aging and cancer research.
