TNO003 TFA is a selective fluorescent substrate for matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-3). It exhibits higher selectivity for MMP-3 compared to MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP-9, and MMP-13. TNO003 TFA can be utilized to measure metalloproteinase activity with excitation/emission wavelengths of 360/490 nm.
