Uroguanylin (human) (TFA) is the natural ligand for the guanylate cyclase C (GCC) receptor expressed in metastatic colorectal cancer tumors. In animal models of human colon cancer, Uroguanylin (human) (TFA) demonstrates antitumor activity.
