iso-ADP ribose (isoADPr) TEA is a ligand used for protein and nucleic acid modification. This compound is derived from a segment within the PAR chain consisting of two consecutive ADP-ribosyl units. It acts as a small-molecule ligand for RNF146 WWE. A single iso-ADP ribose TEA molecule activates RNF146 by interacting with a basic Lys61 residue in the RING domain.
