Concanavalin A-FITC is an FITC-labeled Concanavalin A. Concanavalin A is a Ca2+(calcium ion)/Mn2+(manganese ion) dependent, mannose/glucose-binding plant lectin. It can bind to N- and O-glycosylated proteins of glycoproteins on head and neck cancer cells [Ex/Em = 488/525 nm].
