5(6)-Rhodamine 6G NHS ester is a reactive ester-based fluorescent reagent derived from Rhodamine 6G. The NHS ester is highly reactive, enabling covalent coupling with primary amine groups in proteins, peptides, aminoglycans, nucleic acids, and other molecules to form stable amide bonds (Ex/Em = 526/547 nm).
